I've been hearing a lot of vegans say that; meat produces cancer, Vegans have a better body odour and they can smaell omnivores in public, etc etc. This kinda made me a little insecure as a omnivore, I really like meat.
What do you bros and sisters think about the vegan diet?
I'm thinking about incorporating on and off days of being a vegan and omni..

It's difficult to get jing from a vegan diet, something that will very much help you on this path and forming the lower dantien. While very easy from animal products. If you do do vegan you'll need very high amounts of fat. But don't base your diet on how judgy plant eaters will judge your smell lol!

If you want to be vegan, it takes a lot of effort to make sure your body is getting what it needs.
It isn't encouraged around here for the reason radioknife pointed out.
Full disclosure: I have never cultivated while on a vegan diet. Maybe try it both ways to see what results you get!

I think these leafy diets are all modern selling points. In yogis in india only recommended vegan for brahmacharya/celibacy purposes as it pacifies you, or rather gets you by without the enraging/nerve irritating toxins. So meat has all you need but it coms with toxins so meat all the time is challenging...but no meat at all, even the Buddha ate some meat after a long meat-fast.

Buddhism is more damaging than any diet. Definitely not a role model there...

I did a meatless diet for about 2 years. This was more than 25 years ago, so memory of details are sketchy.
But I lost much of my strength. Lost 400 pounds of my 600 pound asstograss squats for reps.
Lost the same on conventional deadlifts.
Magick was weak.
Then felt drained often.
Little old Italian lady I worked with said I needed a rare steak.
Somehow she knew lol

Yep. Dabbling with raw food, constant green smoothies, spending a fortune on fancy superfoods, making sprouts, wheatgrass juice etc etc for a couple of years = still kinda soft/pudgy, sore teeth from the constant sugar, always hungry etc.
Now I love mainly steak and beating on folks half my age lol. A species appropriate diet will make you feel awesome within a few days, so well worth testing for yourself.

Huge waste of time lol /respect

Theres nothing wrong with having a vegan day...its when it turns into an extended thing that it becomes a real problem
Esoteric and occult aside, a vegan diet cannot naturally give us what we need to survive
expect the following if one was to adopt a vegan diet
Lack of Vitamin D, Calcium, B12 and usable omega 3 fatty acids
In addition to this expect a zinc to copper imbalance ( which i can tell you from experience is awful)
This is in addition to the side effects SOTG mentioned, which I also felt (all my weighlifting numbers crashed)

I believe I mentioned this before, but I also did a meatless diet for about 2 years. This was before I was even cultivating.
The problem is I basically started replacing meat calories with carbs which isn't good either. I lost weight, but also a lot of muscle mass.

Vegan if done cleanly is ok for a cleanse. Wouldnt recommend long term, deficiencies abound. One girl I know, she's been doing it for years and is now having many health issues due to it. She did it right, followed all the gurus instructions and spent a ton of money on food/supplements.
If you are consuming meat and don't want to have body odor, try raw carnivore. It will clean your body out and you may smell for the first few days, but then it all goes away. Plus, you'll have the benefit of lots of jing! People are wary of eating raw meat but there are raw meat dishes in many cultures around the world.
